TS Hump Nose Surgery Method

Height of radix and nose tip should be raised after solving the concerned hump for this type of nose.
After shaving the hump and rearranging the line, an implant is used to refined
the nose bridge and cartilage is used to straighten drooping nose tip.

There are many cases where the nose bridge is bumpy with large hump for this type of nose.
Selectively removing the hump area improve the nose line smoothly.
[ Overall low hump nose ]
This type has a low forehead, bridge of the nose, and tip of the nose as a whole.
After shaving the hump, rearranging the line and insert a custom implant that fits the desired line and height.
It extends the nasal septum and uses autologous cartilage at the tip of the nose
to improve the shape of the nose to be sharp and smooth.

Do aquiline noses require osteotomy?
Osteotomy is only required
if the nose bridge is wide!
If the nose bridge is wide or has become wider after grinding the bump,
an osteotomy should be performed for a distinct improvement.
Narrowing the nasal bone via osteotomy and reducing the width of the nasal bridge can bring a noticeable effect, but it does not apply to all cases of aquiline noses. After a detailed consultation to identify each type of aquiline nose symptoms, a customized surgery should be performed without overdiagnosis.
